How to handle and store bottled oil produced by lubricants
In the production of automotive lubricants, we need to add lubricants. If the bottled oil stored or handled is incorrect, it will cause oil deterioration or pollution, and it will not provide sufficient protection for mechanical lubrication and become a waste. Therefore, small, we provide several barrels of oil storage methods:
1. There is no barbaric operation of the loading and unloading trucks, the height of the oil stacking should be appropriate, and the quantity should not be excessive, so as not to harm the collapse or breakage of the product;
2. Special attention should be paid to prevent mixing of water and impurities during transportation and storage;
3. The storage period of bottled lubricating oil can be longer than that of bulk, but generally not more than one year;
4. Different oils should be stacked separately, and the name, grade, grade, quantity and storage should be marked to avoid delivery errors.
Finally, I would like to remind you that if you use a rolling oil storage place on the flat road between the unloading area and the storage area. Flange barrels can protect it from damage, but care must be taken to avoid hard objects and barrel wall breaks, so it is best to have two workers to control the speed of the rolling oil.
